Cignature Beauty is committed to providing each customer with the best experience! Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, after your order is placed, we are unable to change shipping addresses. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. If you need your hair sooner, we offer an Express service. 

Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. There is no shipping on holidays or weekends. If your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest booking your hair appointment after you receive your tracking number.

Any hair products, skin products, or beauty products are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. Our products are only able to be returned and exchanged under our warranty policy.If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at cignaturecare@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 48 hours. If your item is faulty, we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn.

 For extensions, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in any way for exchanges. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you, and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE
